Care & Hosting
A website is not finished at launch. Updates, security, backups, speed and someone who answers when something breaks. Our care plans keep what we built, and what others built, running properly for years.
What we do
Managed Hosting
Fast, EU-based hosting sized for your site, with SSL, staging, daily backups and monitoring included and no server for you to look after.
Maintenance & Updates
WordPress, theme and plugin updates tested before they go live, small content changes included, and a monthly summary of what was done.
Security & Backups
Firewall, malware scanning, login protection, backups stored off-site and restore drills, so a bad day is an hour, not a week.
Performance
Speed measured on real devices, caching, image optimisation and code fixes, with Core Web Vitals you can show your marketing team.
Support & SLAs
A ticket system with response times in writing, a named contact, and an emergency line for the plans that need one.
Why care plans are the heart of what we offer
We would rather be your team for ten years than your supplier for one project. A care plan makes that possible: you get predictable costs and someone who knows your site inside out, we get to keep it healthy instead of rescuing it. That is also why our project prices are lower with a care plan than without: the site stays in good hands.
- Plans for sites we built and for sites we did not
- Included hours every month for small changes, rolling over within the quarter
- Everything documented; after the minimum term you can leave with 30 days' notice and get a clean handover
Questions we hear often
Can you host a site you did not build?
Yes. We start with a health check, fix what blocks a safe migration, move the site with no downtime and take over from there.
What happens if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us within minutes. On plans with an emergency line we react around the clock; on standard plans the next working morning, which for most company sites is the right trade-off.
Do we have to sign for years?
Care plans run monthly after the first twelve months. Websites sold as a subscription have a twenty-four-month term, stated clearly in the offer.
