How we work
Every project, from a landing page to a fleet platform, runs through the same six stages with the same people. You always know where we are, what you will receive next and what we need from you. Scrub through the timeline to see each stage.
The rules we keep on every project
- One named contact from the first call to the last invoice
- Fixed prices for defined scopes; open estimates only where the scope is genuinely open, and then with a cap
- Working software and real pages in every review, never slides pretending to be the product
- You own everything: domains, accounts, code, designs, content, documentation
- We say no when a request is a bad idea, and we say so early
- We never share client information. Most of our work is under NDA and stays that way
Our tools are ours
We build websites on WordPress with a theme, page builder and set of plugins we develop and maintain ourselves, and custom software on well-supported open frameworks. That means we fix what needs fixing without waiting for a vendor, we add what a project needs, and updates come from a team that knows your site. It is our system, not a product we sell; you simply get the benefit of it.
Discretion and data protection
We work with organisations that take confidentiality seriously and we behave accordingly: NDAs as standard, access on a need-to-know basis, EU hosting, data processing agreements ready to sign, and no client names on this site unless the client asked to be named.
Questions we hear often
How do you charge?
Projects are fixed price after a scoping or design phase that is itself fixed price. Care and support run monthly. Websites are also available as a subscription with little or no upfront payment. The pricing page explains all three.
What do you need from us?
A decision maker who can attend a workshop and answer questions within a few days, content or the people who know it, and access to the systems involved. We list everything at the start and remind you gently.
What if we want to leave later?
You can, at any time after the agreed term. We hand over a clean installation, the code, the accounts and the documentation, and we help the next team get started.
Ready to start at stage one?
A person answers within one working day. No obligation.
