Software & Apps
When no off-the-shelf tool fits, we build the tool. Web applications, portals, dashboards and mobile apps that replace the spreadsheet, the inbox and the phone calls, designed around how your people actually work.
What we do
Custom Web Applications
Internal tools and customer-facing applications, built on proven frameworks, with the security, logging and backups that business software needs.
Client & Employee Portals
One secure place for documents, orders, tickets, invoices or training, with roles and permissions, single sign-on and audit trails.
Dashboards & Reporting
Live numbers from your systems in one view, with alerts when something needs attention and exports for the people who still want a spreadsheet.
Mobile & Progressive Web Apps
Apps for field staff and customers that work offline, use the camera and location, and install from a link or from the app stores.
Device & Fleet Management
Platforms that track and manage company phones, vehicles and equipment: location, usage, policies, alerts and reports, with the data protection paperwork done properly.
APIs & Integrations
Connecting the systems you already have: ERP, CRM, accounting, shipping, telephony, so data is entered once and lands everywhere.
How we build software
Custom software fails when it is designed from a requirements document nobody reads. We start with the people who will use it, build a working version of the most important screen within the first weeks, and grow from there in short cycles you can see and test. Code is reviewed, tested and documented; you get the repository, the documentation and the right to take it anywhere.
- Weekly demos of working software, not slide decks
- Security by design: roles, encryption, logging, backups, penetration testing on request
- Hosting in the EU, GDPR documentation included
- A support retainer after launch, sized to how critical the system is
Discretion is part of the service
Much of our software work is for clients who do not want it discussed publicly. We sign NDAs as a matter of course, we never name clients without written permission, and we never share client information with anyone. There is no reason to.
Questions we hear often
Which technologies do you use?
PHP and JavaScript frameworks for web applications, native and cross-platform tooling for mobile, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data, all on standard Linux hosting in the EU. We choose boring, well-supported technology on purpose: it is what still runs in ten years.
Can you take over an existing application?
Yes. We start with an audit of code, security and hosting, fix what is urgent, and then agree a plan. We are honest when a rewrite is cheaper than a rescue.
What does custom software cost?
It is quoted per project after a scoping phase, which itself is fixed price. Support after launch is a monthly retainer. See the pricing page for how both work.
