AI Assistants

An assistant that answers from your manuals, catalogues, procedures and policies, not from the open internet. For customers on your website, or for staff who need the right paragraph from a 300-page document. It shows its sources, admits when it does not know, and hands over to a person when it should.

What you get

  • An assistant grounded in your own content: documents, web pages, product data, ticket history
  • Answers with sources, so users can check, and a clear "I do not know" instead of a confident guess
  • Handover to email, a form or a live person, with the conversation attached
  • Guardrails: topics it will not discuss, data it will not reveal, tone you define
  • A review dashboard: what people asked, where the assistant failed, what content is missing
  • Hosting choices that fit your data protection needs, including models run in the EU or on your own servers

Where it works best

  • Customer support for products with documentation: fewer tickets, faster answers, day and night
  • Internal knowledge: procedures, HR policies, technical manuals, past projects
  • Sales support: finding the right product or variant from a description of the need
  • Onboarding: new employees asking the questions they are embarrassed to ask twice

How we build it

We start with the questions people actually ask, taken from your inbox and your tickets. We prepare the content so the assistant can find it, test against those real questions, and measure the answer quality before anyone outside sees it. Then we launch to a small group, read every conversation for the first weeks, and fix the content gaps the assistant reveals. Those gaps are usually worth fixing on the website too.

Questions we hear often

Which model does it use?

The one that fits: hosted models under EU data terms, or open models on infrastructure we or you control. We can switch models later without rebuilding the assistant.

Will it make things up?

Less than you fear, if it is built to answer only from your content and to say when it cannot. We test for this specifically and show sources so users can verify.

What does it cost to run?

Usage costs are small for typical company volumes, and we show them in the monthly report. The main cost is the build and the content preparation, quoted as a project.
