Tiaro Digital is a Croatian digital agency with almost twenty years of building behind it: first as one person, then as a small studio, now as a company set up to grow. Same founder, same habit of building things that last.

What we believe
- Good work is quiet. The sites and systems we build are known for running, not for the agency's name on them.
- Own your tools. We maintain our own theme, page builder and plugins, so we are never waiting for a vendor to fix what our clients need.
- Say the true thing early. A bad idea costs least when it is stopped in the first meeting.
- Stay for the long run. Most of our clients have been with us for years; the care plan is the relationship, not an upsell.
- Client information is client information. We do not share it, name it or hint at it. There is no reason to.
Who we are
Founded and led by Rafael Budimir, who built his first websites at fourteen and has been doing this for a living since 2011. The team is growing, and the documentation and tools we built for ourselves are what let new colleagues be productive from the first week. We work in English, German and Croatian, from Zagreb, for clients across the EU.
