AI & Automation
AI that does a specific job well, on your own data, with a person still in charge. No demos that impress and then gather dust: assistants, automations and document processing that save measurable hours every week.
What we do
AI Assistants
Assistants that answer from your own manuals, catalogues and policies, for customers on the website or for staff internally, with sources shown and a handover to a human when needed.
Workflow Automation
Forms that route themselves, emails that become tickets, orders that create tasks. The repetitive steps between your systems, automated and monitored.
AI Document & Data Processing
Extracting data from invoices, delivery notes, data sheets and forms into structured records, with checks and a review step for anything uncertain.
AI Search Readiness
Making your website and product data readable for AI search engines and assistants: structured data, clean content, machine-readable summaries, and monitoring how you appear.
Our rules for AI work
- Your data stays yours. We prefer EU-hosted models or models run on your own infrastructure, and we tell you exactly where data goes.
- A person can always see why the system did something and can override it.
- We start with one narrow use case, measure the hours saved, and only then widen the scope.
- We say no when a spreadsheet formula or a simple rule would do the same job for a tenth of the cost.
Questions we hear often
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task and your data protection needs: hosted models from the major providers under EU data terms, or open models running on servers we control. We are not tied to one vendor.
Is this GDPR compliant?
It can be, and we design it that way: data minimisation, processing agreements, EU hosting where required, and documentation you can show your data protection officer.
What is a realistic first project?
Usually document processing or an internal assistant on your own documentation. Both are contained, measurable and useful within weeks.
Curious what AI could take off your plate?
A person answers within one working day. No obligation.
