AI & Automation

Workflow Automation

The steps between your systems that a person does by hand every day: copy the form into the CRM, forward the order to the warehouse, create the ticket, send the reminder, update the sheet. We automate them, monitor them, and keep a person in the loop where judgement is needed.

What you get

  • A map of the workflow as it really happens today, including the exceptions people handle by memory
  • Automation built with reliable tools: your systems' APIs, automation platforms where they fit, custom code where they do not
  • Approval and review steps where a human decision belongs
  • Logging and alerts: every run visible, every failure reported, nothing silently lost
  • Documentation your team can read, and a handover so the automation is not a black box

Typical automations

  • Website forms that create CRM contacts, tickets or quotes and notify the right person
  • Orders that trigger warehouse tasks, shipping labels and customer updates
  • Invoices and documents that are filed, named and forwarded automatically
  • Reminders, follow-ups and escalations based on dates and statuses
  • Reports assembled from several systems and sent on schedule

Where AI helps, and where it does not

Most automation is plain rules and does not need AI. AI comes in where a step needs reading or judgement: classifying an email, extracting a field from a PDF, drafting a reply for a person to approve. We use it there, and only there, because rules are cheaper, faster and easier to trust.

Questions we hear often

Which tools do you use?

Direct integrations through APIs first. For quick wins, automation platforms such as n8n on EU hosting. Custom code when reliability or data protection demands it.

What if a step fails at night?

It is logged, retried where safe, and reported to you and to us in the morning, or immediately on plans with an emergency line. Nothing is dropped.

How do we know it saved time?

We measure before and after: minutes per case, cases per week, errors. The first report shows the number; that is what justifies the next automation.

Which steps could disappear?

A person answers within one working day. No obligation.
