AI Document & Data Processing
Invoices, delivery notes, data sheets, order confirmations, forms, scanned letters: documents that someone reads and retypes. We turn them into structured records automatically, check them against your rules, and route only the uncertain ones to a person.
What you get
- Extraction of the fields you need from PDFs, scans, emails and photos, in any layout
- Validation against your rules and your data: does the supplier exist, does the total add up, is the part number known
- A review screen for anything below a confidence threshold, with the document and the fields side by side
- Output where it belongs: ERP, accounting, database, spreadsheet, or a file for the next system
- Accuracy measured on your own documents before and after go-live
- Retention and deletion rules, so processed documents do not pile up where they should not
Documents we process
Supplier invoices and credit notes, delivery notes and packing lists, purchase orders from customers in their own formats, technical data sheets into catalogue records, application forms, contracts for key terms, and handwritten or scanned paperwork where the image quality allows.
Built for accuracy, not for demos
Demos work on clean documents. Real ones are skewed, stamped, in three languages and missing a page. We test on your real backlog, report accuracy per field, and set the confidence threshold so that a person sees exactly the cases where a person is needed. Over time the review step shrinks; it rarely disappears, and we say so.
Questions we hear often
How accurate is it?
On typical supplier invoices, well above ninety-five percent per field after tuning, with the rest caught by validation and review. We give you the number for your documents after a test batch, not a promise.
Where is the data processed?
In the EU, on hosted models under EU terms or on models we run ourselves, documented for your data protection officer. Documents are not used to train anyone's model.
Can it feed our accounting software?
Yes, through its API or import format. We have connected common EU accounting systems and ERPs.
