Data protection is part of the build
Tracking devices and vehicles touches employees' rights. We design these platforms with your works council and data protection officer in mind: purpose limitation, retention periods, anonymisation where possible, access only for those who need it, and documentation that stands up to scrutiny. We have done this for organisations with strict requirements and know what the paperwork has to contain.
Discretion
Several of these platforms run for clients who do not want them discussed. We sign NDAs as standard, we never name clients, and client information does not leave the project.

Do you supply the hardware?
No, and we do not need to. We integrate with the trackers, phones and device management your fleet already uses, or help you choose vendors independently.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. For sensitive fleets we deploy on your infrastructure or in a dedicated EU environment under your control.
How big does a fleet have to be?
