Digital Strategy & Consulting
A plan you can act on: what to build, in which order, for whom, and how you will know it worked. Written in plain language, with priorities and numbers, by people who will also be around to build it.
What you get
- A half-day workshop with your decision makers, on site or remote
- An audit of what you have today: website, shop, tools, data, rankings, measurements
- A short strategy document: goals, audiences, channels, priorities, budget ranges, timeline
- A roadmap split into steps you can start, pause or hand to someone else
- A follow-up session after four weeks to adjust
When it pays off
- Before a relaunch, a new shop or a new application, so the money goes where it matters
- When several suppliers give you conflicting advice
- When the website exists but nobody can say what it is for
- When a new market or language is on the table
How we work
We ask a lot of questions and read everything you give us. We talk to the people who answer your phone and your emails, because they know what customers really ask. We look at competitors the way a customer would. Then we write the plan short enough that it will actually be read, and honest enough to say what not to do.
Questions we hear often
Is the strategy tied to your own services?
No. The plan recommends what the goal needs, including things we do not sell. If the right answer is a tool you already own, the plan says so.
What does it cost?
A fixed price agreed after a first call, typically the size of a small project rather than a large one. The pricing page gives the range.
Can you run the workshop in our language?
Yes. We work in English, German, French, Polish and Croatian.

Website prices by type: small, company, multilingual, shop and larger sites
Our monthly plan levels by kind of website, from a small site of up to five pages to a shop or portal: what each level includes and what moves a site up.
What a company website costs: the drivers behind the price
What decides the price of a company website: page types, content, languages, integrations, hosting and care, pricing models, and what a quote must itemise.
