Website prices by type: small, company, multilingual, shop and larger sites

A website price list is only useful when it says what kind of site each figure buys. These are our own plan levels by type of site, what each one includes, and what no list can tell you.

Short answer

Our monthly plans start at EUR 49 for a small website of up to five pages, EUR 99 for a company website of up to 15 pages, EUR 199 for a multilingual site that keeps growing, EUR 349 for an online shop or product catalogue, and EUR 990 for portals and connected systems. Building, hosting, updates and support are in that one amount.

EUR 349a month: where our plans with a shop or product catalogue start
5kinds of site, each with its own starting level

What does a website cost by type?

The price follows the kind of site, so a price list has to start there. The figures below are our own monthly plans, not market prices, and each one is a starting point: every plan is priced for what the client needs.

Our monthly plans by kind of website
Kind of site Our plans start at What the level covers Typical owner
Small website EUR 49 a month Up to five pages, designed and built for you; domain and email set up; contact form; legal pages; monitoring; 30 minutes of small changes a month A lawyer, a craftsman, a consultant
Company website EUR 99 a month Up to 15 pages in your own design; texts edited by us from your notes; privacy-friendly statistics; the basics for search engines; one hour of changes a month A small or medium company
Multilingual, growing site EUR 199 a month Up to 30 pages; a second language kept in step with the first; a new page or article every month; a review with figures every quarter A company that also sells in a second country
Shop or product catalogue EUR 349 a month A shop or catalogue with up to 500 products imported from your spreadsheet; payments and shipping rules; quote requests; a test order after every update A retailer or a manufacturer
Larger systems EUR 990 a month A customer or staff portal; ordering for business customers with their own prices; connection to ERP, CRM or accounting; three languages A company with customer or dealer logins

At every level the same things are inside the amount: building the site, hosting, updates and support. There is no large payment at the start. If you prefer to pay for the project once, that is possible too, and you then arrange hosting and care separately or with us.

The chart shows the same starting figures side by side. None of them is an upper limit: a site with unusual needs costs more than the figure where its level starts.

Our monthly plans: where each kind of site starts

Five levels are missing from the table because they are not kinds of site. If you already have a website and only want it hosted, backed up and updated, our plans start at EUR 19 a month; monitoring and small changes are part of every plan from EUR 49. From around EUR 590 a month we also write two articles a month and run search work and campaigns for you; advertising spend comes on top or is paid to the platforms directly. AI assistants, automations and dashboards start around EUR 1,500 a month, custom software and apps around EUR 2,400, and at EUR 4,000 we are your digital partner for everything we do.

What moves a site from one level to the next?

Four things move a site up a level: more pages and kinds of page, a second language, selling online, and connections to other systems. Each of the first three levels also has a size: up to five, up to 15 and up to 30 pages.

  • From a small website to a company website. You need more than five pages, for services, references, a team or locations, in your own design, and you want to see in the statistics which of them bring enquiries.
  • From one language to two. Every text has to be translated, checked and kept in step when the original changes. That is ongoing work, which is why this level includes a second language kept in step with the first, and a new page or article every month. More on this under multilingual websites.
  • From presenting to selling. Products, prices, a basket, payment and shipping rules turn a website into a shop. A product catalogue with a request form belongs to the same level.
  • From a website to a system. Customer logins, dealer prices, ordering for business customers and a connection to your stock or accounting software are custom work.

If you want to understand the reasons behind these steps, our article on what drives the cost of a website explains each driver with a worked example.

What can a price list not tell you?

A price list cannot see your content, your photos or your connections, and those three decide the final figure inside a level. Two company websites of the same size can differ a lot once these are known.

Three things a price list does not show
Question Why it changes the price What helps
Who writes the texts? Writing is working time, like design Facts and bullet points from you, pages written by us
Are there usable photos? Poor photos weaken a good design Existing pictures checked early, a photo day if needed
What must be connected? Each connection is planned, built and tested A list of your systems and what should move between them

This is also why the same site can sit at EUR 99 for one company and above it for another. The level tells you where the conversation starts. The scope tells you where it ends.

How do you get from a price list to your own price?

You get your own price by describing the site, not by choosing a package. This is how we do it: we have no price list, because two companies with the same kind of website rarely need the same thing, so each plan is priced for one client.

  1. You write to usSay what the site is for and what exists already. A person answers within one working day.
  2. We ask about the scopeKinds of page, languages, texts, photos, and anything that must be connected.
  3. You receive a figureA monthly amount, or a one-off price if you prefer, with what it includes written out.
  4. You decideYou can start with one part, such as the website, and add more later.

Before you ask anyone for a price, have these answers ready. They shorten the conversation and make two offers comparable.

  • What the website is for: enquiries, sales, recruitment, information for existing customers
  • Which kinds of page you need, and roughly how many of each
  • Which languages, and who can check the translations
  • Whether texts and photos exist, and who in the company will supply them
  • Which systems the site should exchange data with
  • Whether you prefer a monthly amount or a one-off price

Questions we hear often

Our plans for a small website of up to five pages start at EUR 49 a month, with building, hosting, updates and support included. A company website of up to 15 pages in your own design starts at EUR 99 a month.

A monthly plan has no large payment at the start. Building, hosting, updates and support are in the one monthly amount, and the offer you receive before anything begins lists what is included.

Yes. A one-off project price is possible. Hosting, updates and support are then agreed separately, because that work continues after the launch.

Because a package makes you pay for things you do not need or leaves out things you do. We publish the levels where plans typically start and price each plan for the client.

Our plans with an online shop or product catalogue start around EUR 349 a month, against EUR 99 for a company website. The difference is products, payment, shipping rules and the testing they need after every update.
