Email, Forms & Deliverability
The contact form that says "sent" while nothing arrives is more common than anyone admits. We make email from your website reliable: forms that reach the inbox, order and account mail that is authenticated properly, and newsletters people open, with the DNS records, logs and tests to prove it.
What you get
- A test of every form and every automatic email your site sends, to Gmail, Microsoft 365 and common EU providers
- Sending through an authenticated route: your mail provider or a transactional service, never the anonymous web server
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and verified for the domains that send
- A delivery log inside the site, so "did the enquiry arrive" is a look-up, not a guess
- Forms with spam protection that does not punish real visitors, and double submission prevented
- Newsletter setup with proper consent, list hygiene and measurement
Why mail from websites fails
Web servers send mail without proving who they are. Gmail and Microsoft quietly drop or spam-folder such mail, especially since 2024. Company mail hosted at Microsoft 365 with a strict SPF policy will reject its own website's mail. We have traced these cases down to the DNS record and the mail server log, and we fix them at the root rather than by adding a plugin.
Our own mail system
Our page platform includes a mail module we built for exactly this: authenticated sending, a log of every message with the server's answer, a resend button, a test mail, and a DNS check that explains in plain words what is missing. No third-party SMTP plugin required.
Questions we hear often
We use a form plugin already. Can you fix that?
Usually yes, since the problem is rarely the form and nearly always the sending route and the DNS. We fix that layer and leave working forms alone.
Do you run newsletters?
We set up the tool, the consent flow, the templates and the measurement, and we can write and send campaigns as part of a marketing plan.
What about transactional mail from a shop?
Order confirmations, shipping notices and account mail go through the same authenticated route and the same log. Shops are where lost mail costs the most.
Does your form actually work?
A person answers within one working day. No obligation.
